Fern

Not the plant.  The frog.

Nanny may recall that Christine spotted a frog-shaped stained glass lamp at this fantastic store called Village Green when the two of them visited Westport about a month ago.  Christine was reluctant to get it for some reason but when we went the following weekend, "Fern" was brought home.

It looks quite nice lit up.

As for me, I picked up some hazelnut butter and these maple-coated almonds, admittedly in part because the packaging tickled my substantial juvenile side.

Seriously though, this store is terrific and any visitor needs to drop by Westport to check the place out.  Its website does not do it justice.  Somehow, it's ten times larger inside than outside.  Massive shopping goodness.
